Tony is a Partner of Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano & Lind, P.S. having joined the firm in 2012.   A Poulsbo attorney with over 27 years of legal experience, Tony focuses on estate planning, estate and gift taxation, elder law, and complex probate matters. 

 

Tony came to our firm from the Internal Revenue Service, where he served as an Estate Tax Attorney for over 8 years auditing highly complex estate plans developed by some of the most highly regarded attorneys in the nation.  He brings this invaluable experience and education to serve our clients with large and complex estates by to maximizing their opportunity to effectively provide for their family and charitable organizations through lifetime gifting and careful estate and trust planning.

A retired Lieutenant Commander with over 24 years of active duty and reserve service in the US Navy JAG Corps, Tony is keenly aware of the unique issues facing military veterans and enjoys working with them to successfully integrate their retirement and other veteran benefits into their estate and retirement planning.  Tony’s experience with both operational law and civil law provides the background and experience to truly understand and communicate with veterans to ensure their unique challenges are properly addressed.
