We provide complete will, trust, and estate planning services for large and small estates.

We provide administration of trusts and probate of estates. We provide services to executors and trustees in relation to their administration and fiduciary duties, including gift and estate tax returns. We also handle disputes between beneficiaries.  

Our civil litigation practice includes trust and estate disputes, business and real estate disputes, and some maritime related disputes. 

A guardianship or conservatorship becomes necessary when there is no designated and/or legally authorized person available to step in and assist an incapacitated person who needs help managing the everyday physical, medical, and financial activities of life.

Maritime Law (also known as Admiralty Law) is a separate body of law governing a variety of marine-related issues. Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano & Lind is one of the few law firms in Kitsap County that provides representation and advice on a variety of maritime matters including vessel documentation, maritime liens, towage, and salvage.

We handle real estate matters both residential and commercial. The firm is often retained to provide representation in the creation of easements and covenants, and in matters involving transactional sales.
